Good Bye Mr. Carnie - We will miss you!

5B had their last class with Mr. Carnie on Monday! We sure will miss him! Best of luck to him and his family as they move to St. Louis! Enjoy spending time with your grandchildren and children!

 

Assembly

Our class was responsible for Assembly on Monday, 12/9. Thanks to Grace A., Joey A., Nick, Grace W., and Rylie for doing an awesome job!

Spelling Practice

Students practiced their Spelling words today with a partner by writing the words with their opposite writing hands. Some students are more ambidextrous than others! :)

Boystown Skill - Disagreeing Appropriately

Today for Religion we focused on the Boystown Social Skill of disagreeing appropriately. The students had to come to an agreement in small groups on different likes and dislikes. For instance favorite food and least favorite food, favorite school activity and least favorite school activity, and a few more! I bet I can guarantee what the least favorite school activity was...h-o-m-e-w-o-r-k. :) If you don't see your child, e had some students practicing for Mass during this time

Math Five-in-a-Row

Students practiced multiplying decimals with a partner(s) vs. another team today in Math by playing 5-in-a-Row.
