Liam Patrick joined the Wilds family on August 24th at 6:08 am. He weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 20.75 inches long. He looks a lot like his big brother Owen! The labor and delivery went quick and well! I am not complaining about that! The first night went well, but then he had to spend Sunday night-Tuesday night in the NICU due to some swollen nasal passages which made him struggle a few times getting things up. Then once we were in the NICU they wanted to monitor his jaundice. He finally got to depart the hospital on Wednesday. So far, we are all adjusting to the new addition to our family. We are in love with our new bundle of joy! He is a good baby, a good sleeper, and a good eater! He had his 2 week appointment today and is already back to his birth weight!
Liam and I will definitely make arrangements with Mrs. Finkenbiner for a visit! He will be excited to meet the big kids (that is what Owen calls my students)!
Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers! We are very happy and blessed with our new addition (and Owen adjusting to his new role)!
